1. Thou shalt not refrain from obtaining a business card from any person making in-person contact with you or members of your family in connection with your tax returns.
  2. Thou shalt not submit to any interview requests from any representative from the IRS, DOJ or any similar representative.
  3. Thou shall not purchase cryptocurrency, lest you do not value the preservation of assets.
  4. Thou shalt not respond to any tax planning promoters before contacting counsel.
  5. Thou shalt not fall victim to any tax or other financial exploitation scam and shall contact counsel if exposed to such nefarious individuals or entities.
  6. Thou shalt not fail to file a return or required deposit on time, lest you are a magnet for tax penalties.
  7. Thou shalt not co-mingle business and personal transactions in the same account, lest you are wishing adverse tax consequences upon yourself.
  8. Thou shalt not forsake your obligation to keep complete records of business mileage, receipts/invoices for transactions, and other records or documents evidencing deductions and/or other tax benefits.
  9. Thou shalt not sign any personal guarantees without consulting counsel.
  10. Thou shalt not enter into any contractual agreements without consulting counsel.
